BrassPaw™ Pet ID Necklaces have an unconditional 14-day return policy. We want nothing less than complete satisfaction and delight in our jewelry from our customers! If for any reason you would like to return it, just postmark the return package within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you 100% of the merchandise cost. Sorry, but shipping costs are not refundable.
