Q: Defective merchandise?

A: Call our Toll-Free number (1-800-261-9018) to receive your RMA #. This number MUST be on the outside of your return or we will refuse the package.


Q: Can I get a credit without an RMA number?

A: No, any package without an RMA number will be refused, no exceptions.


Q: Can I get my order tomorrow?

A: Yes, if you order before 8:30am MST AND you choose FedEx Next Day Air delivery. If you are ordering on a Friday, your package will be delivered on Monday, NOT Saturday.)


Q: Can you tell me where my order is?

Q: Why did you charge me already, when my package has not even been shipped yet?

A: Since we create custom and personalized items that are engraved, we process orders only after we have received payment. So, when you place an order with us, whether on the phone or through our website, funds are instantly captured from your credit card.
